Posting from MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL where my dad is recovering from aortic valve replacement surgery. Earlier this morning, a cardiac therapist comes in to visit...her name....Betsy Hart.

Awesome.

She was very nice and helps to run the exercise classes and information sessions that are offered at the hospital for recovering heart surgery patients.

Sorry for the lack of posting lately, the end of the semester for us academics is tough. Hopefully, posting will be a bit more regular now that grades are in and the semester is done.
